1. Introduction BeeIT respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your data to process orders as quickly and easily as possible.

2. What data do we collect? When you place an order, we require the following data from you:

  • Name and address (for delivery).

  • Email address (for the order confirmation and track & trace).

  • Payment details (these are processed securely via our payment provider [e.g. Mollie/Stripe]).

  • Phone number (optional, for contact regarding delivery issues).

3. Basis for processing We process your personal data based on the following grounds of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation):

  • Performance of the agreement: To deliver your order of honey and glassware.

  • Legal obligation: For our tax administration (retention obligation for invoices is 7 years).

  • Consent: For sending our newsletter (if you have signed up for this).

4. Sharing with third parties We do not sell your data to third parties. We only share data with parties necessary for the execution of our services:

  • Delivery services (e.g., PostNL, DHL) to deliver the package to you.

  • Payment providers (e.g., Mollie) to handle the payment.

  • IT service providers (hosting provider and webshop software).

  • Accountant/Bookkeeper (for administration).

5. Security We take security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. Our website uses a secured SSL connection (the lock symbol in the address bar).

6. Your rights You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by BeeIT. You can send a request for access, correction, or deletion to administration@beeitstore.com.

7. Data Protection Authority We are naturally happy to help you if you have complaints about the processing of your personal data. Should we nevertheless not be able to resolve the matter together, you also have the right under privacy legislation to file a complaint with the privacy regulator, the Data Protection Authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
